    Equal parts excellent and disappointing

    The staff were great , and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

    Unfortunately, the room had several maintenance issues, including a non-functioning air conditioner and unreliable Wi-Fi connection.

    Greatly enjoyed my room, it was brand-new and large and with a beautiful view and a cake, for instance. The location in a good area was particularly good and decent and there were shopping centers and a market nearby.

    More cupboard space would be nice!!! Maintenance work in rooms without prior notification is unsettling!!! The late-night water issues seriously dampened the stay experience!!!

    The modern furnishing and the attentive staff. The concierge service was extremely helpful and made sure that you get what you asked for !

    I was attending a conference held at the Shenzhen Conference Center. The hotel was not anywhere walking distance to the Center-a statement that was included in the conference information. Anyway, the taxi was not too expensive.

    It was just a well-suited match for exploring town in Shenzhen with great value for the money. The delivery robot for our bottled water was a fun surprise and worked flawlessly. Keep a translation app handy for easier communications.
